Jenni Jenover Liquid Motion, you can get them from Amazon. What makes them unique is that the back is made from vinyl, so you still will be able to do some moves up on the pole without sliding.

I use knee pads from the sport store- you can get them for volley ball and they work well. A bit grippy on a hardwood floor, but sometimes you want that.
Also, I have tried knee pads similar to Veena’s… umm, let’s say they don’t work for ladies with big muscles? I’m a runner, so I’ve got fairly large calf muscles, and the Larges barely fit me… I really had to work to get them on and off! -
Yeah, I’ve got slim legs and the M and can hardly fit over my calves!!!!! However I bought some volleyball pads and those don’the stay in place!!!

I have muscular legs too and I wear L in Mighty Grip/Liquid Motion (they are the same thing). I don’t think the M would have fitted. Here’s the sizing chart:
I wore regular Volleyball kneepads before and I didn’t like them, there are way too bulky, besides, you cannot do anything that entails climb or invert on the pole while wearing them.

My volleyball kneedpads are the ones that AllysonKendal posted, in my case in Senior. They didn’t work for me… too bulky, no grip, didn’t stay in place.

Yeah, they are a little bulky, but I don’t feel like the MG ones are padded enough for my boney knees 🙈
I ended up with the ones I have because Michelle shimmy wears them and I’m kind of a fan girl 😛
That being said, I haven’t really poled in them. Just floor stuff 🙂

Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I am probably going to try out the volleyball ones first as my calves and thighs are a bit more bigger, and they are a bit cheaper in my area if I end up not liking them. I have had previous injuries to my knees (nail gun accident and an infection to the fluid pocket) and I don’t want to irritate those areas too much in floor work.

I use the mighty grip originals like tropical vertical. I wear a medium. I like them because you can pole in them as well as do floor work. I don’t have time to take off knee pads in the middle of a dance to do pole work. Bags!

I’ve got a couple of pairs….one pair I bought from a dancewear store. The brand name is Capezio. They are quite thick, but mine tend to slip a bit.
I’ve also got some “Extended Threads” ones. These have a quilted kneepad, and one side is PVC type material (to grip the pole). The remainder is mesh. The top and bottom parts of the back can roll up and dig in but not painfully so.
