I would highly suggest trying Veena's lessons found by clicking the lessons link at the top of the page.  They have moves organized by difficulty in a progression that lets you build strength and skill to move on to each successive move.  Additionally she has a tremendous 30 day take off program that will get you moving forward quickly with a plan for success.

Veena's lessons are a MUST!!! Even if your an experienced poler you can benefit from them!  I own a studio and purchase them a year at a time because I use the information and technique to not only stay updated, but also as a tool to train new instructors!!  These lessons are invaluable!!!

Veena's lessons are great if you don't have them yet, definitely sign up for them. Like the others said they are easy to follow…just make sure not to skip around and follow the lessons in order as you build strength as you learn and you'll find that most moves build off of each other, which is another reason why it's important to do the lessons in order. HTH! Happy poling!
