    I seem to experience tired muscles very quickly during my workout sessions. Whether it be weight training, aerobic workout or stretching. I understand that this could mean an increase in latic acid, so my question is can I or is there a way to reduce this? I do try to warm up prior to exercise, though it’s only for a minumum of 5-10 minutes https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif

    Tired muscles is not the same as lactic acid buildup. My first guess is that you are not eating properly for the amount of work you are doing.

    Lactic acid is produced when you are looking for energy but do not have the proper amount of oxygen for that energy production.
