I had laparoscopic surgery yesterday, and have to take a few weeks off exercise of any kind. I was just getting into my new routine. I hope I don’t lose too much of my progress. Most of all, I am hoping everything heals up nicely.

How long did they tell you? Did they say no pole at all?? I am recovering from skin cancer removal surgery. It is similar. I am just now able to pole again.

I had my laprascopy in October 24th and I could pole within 2 weeks but every1 is different so don’t strain your self you can still do light stuff that doesn’t involve to much straining on your tummy. How long have you been poling for? xxx

Stay inspired by watching your favorite pole videos and planning on what you're going to start back with! Its tough when our routines are disrupted due to medical situations, I hope you heal up quickly and can get back to your pole.

Thanks for all of the support, ladies. She said 2-4 weeks. I have my follow up in 2 weeks, so I can talk to her about how I am feeling then. Hoping for some good news. Luckily, they didn’t have to take out my tubes. I was pretty worried about that.

Only 2 weeks since I put up my pole, so very new at it.
