Hi Pink,
I had the same problem as you when learning the CAR, i think it's just nerves, go slow with this move and try to have a spotter and a crash mat if possible 🙂

How long has that been happening? If it's only been happening for the first few times you've done it, it'll probably go away as you get stronger.

Hey SissyBuns, It happened the first few times I did it, then stopped, BUT then I fell off the pole while in CKR and now the legs are shaking again, so I'm sure it's fear.

that happens to me a bit too. Not my whole leg, just the knees for me. Im hoping it will stop lol

My legs used to tremble in the CAR but I had also fallen out of it one time and injured myself prety bad, so the shaking was more from fear than lack of strength. When i fell, I injured myself so badly, I wasn't able to pole for over two months! When I started poing again, the CAR was a major hurdle for me to get over in order to get back into it. Either way, make sure to have a mat or pillows underneath you when you pracitce, and start low so that if you lose your grip you have not far to fall. Like try getting into it from an elbow stand against the pole, then lift yourself up.

Loving the feedback. Thank you, always good to know I'm not alone. xo

i have experienced leg trembling during stretching sessions when I am really engaging my muscles REALLY REALLY HARD AS I CAN. I always thought it was just the muscles were just not strong enough, kinda like what sissybuns says…
