    I know I should start with the strength and conditioning lessons but what other one’s should I try out, I know there’s chest and back routine, legs and abs, hard core warm up, any suggestions would help, thanks

    Use the 30 day take off program, this will tell you what to do every day for a month. Also it will give you a better idea of how to proceed once you’ve finished.
