    I will say if you adjust it, not being horizontal, and I mean basically laying on the floor it will either come loose or expand into the ceiling……depending which way u spin more. I found this out the hard way. Lol. Now I have no problems with it and if it spun smoother it would be my favorite pole. I just don’t like the way they spin.
