Lil Mynx pole just fell apart : (
I’m so sad…my Lil Mynx pole literally fell apart in my hands today : ( the outer pole completely separated from the base. It’s only about 4 months old. Has anyone else had this problem????

I haven’t had it happen, but give them a call, Randy was really helpful when I had an issue with my vaulted ceiling mount.

Wow…I had mine for 3.5 years and I bought it used and this never happened. Yes, call Randy.

I've had mine for over 4 years and it was used and used heavily before I got it and and haven't had a problem with the pole itself. The fact that I find it slippery isn't structural.

My friend had that happen to her SS spinner.

She did take hers down and put it up A LOT though…

Call Randy, I'll bet he can help. That happened to one in our studio literally the day we got it. My husband was able to put it back together with no problem.

Thanks everyone! I was completely shocked when this happened. My first pole was a Lil Mynx SS that had passed through 3 other people before I bought it, and never had a problem. I put it up and take it down 1-2 times a week. I think I’m just frustrated because this is my newest pole and my favorite! I will definitely call Randy today.

use the hex key and re-adjust the hex screws on the bottom of the pole.
