Follow the advice in the lessons always try and work both sides, condition, stretch and rest. Foam rollers and tennis balls are our friends!

I have upper back issues as well as moderate asthma. I have an excellent doctor who uses chiropractic once a month. Makes a huge difference. When my spine bones shift it tightens my ribs making breathing hard and then everything is hard. He tells me when I’m overdoing it and that’s usually while practicing inverts so I practice other things. Progress rather than perfection. Sarah Bennett.

According to my screen, I’m showing as “sexypoledancingchic” or Sabrina Janger. Lol. Sarah Bennett.
