The pole its self could spin with it on, but I don’t use on spin right now because the Lyra doesn’t stay in one place. But once that is resolved, yes spin mode would be fun!
-
Ours was designed to fit on the x-joint, and I think has a slot to fit the aligner on the x-joint. We use ours in spin mode, but the lyra moves with the pole.

Hi,sorry for the delay. I out if town. I have the hardware to stop the Lyra from turning. I’ll ship it Monday.Dorian

I have the xpole stage lit and wanted to know if anyone knows how I can get that powder coated so I can get one of the lol pop Lyra to match it?
-
If you send me the pole sections I can powder coat them to match the lyra. As long as the pole pieces are not longer then 8 ft.

That’s great to know Dorian! I’ve go a pole I’d like to have done, I just need to decide on color!!! 🎨

Our items were made by Dorian, yes. Also in regards to powder coating, I recently had a pole done before a student showcase, the time frame was short, so I looked locally. I found a powder coating facility that fit my pole in their schedule and charged me $50.

yay! Veena, can you repost your video of you using your lollipop lyra. I couldnt find it. I need some ideas of what I can do on mine. I got the same color as yours because it is so pretty. He does a beautiful job!

Um, the vid is gone!!!!! 😳😳😳 Not sure what happened and I don’t have it on my phone anymore either, so weird ðŸ˜
I would like to play on it tomorrow so let’s hope that works out!!!!
-
haha! that is weird. yes, any time you feel like playing on it and posting a video I will be on the lookout. might play on mine a little bit tonight. I’ve never done lyra, I’m hoping I can figure some things out. 🙂
-
It’s so odd…maybe I deleted it on accident when I uploaded a quick lesson 🙁 I can’t wait to see you play!

I tried a couple of things today. next time I will try to video. it was very sloppy! haha! I did a weird invert onto it, then a knee hang, and an “arabesque” which I saw on an aerial hoop video on youtube. inverting onto it was very hard for me. Veena, do you find the lyra to be very painful on your legs? I was surprised by it. I dont wear leggings either. Like you mentioned before, I want to stick with my skin. I did try leggings and it was just too scary. I tried to do a jade type move but got scared. Im gonna have to work my way up to that. it was just kind of scary feeling, think i’m so used to pole. but it was fun. I’m just gonna do a little bit each time I pole and introduce myself to it that way so I dont get overwhelmed by it.
