hi all,

my pole pal is soon moving and lookin for someone to practice with. hopin someone lives cose to syracuse. hopefully someone is from the former cny pole fitness!!!

Wish I could help you Kat….I only get there twice a year.

I remember someone who was up new Watertown but even that is a little far.

I used to live within a couple hours of Syracuse, but I'm on the other side of the country now.

Not sure if she still visits much but MissJenn070504 is the one from Watertown, Stacy is at Fort Drum also, and it is SaschaPoles I believe you are looking for.

BTW, are you actually in Syracuse or on the outskirts. I have family in Camillus but usually stay around Seneca Lake when we come in (gotta hit those wineries!!).

@chem. im right in liverpool. just a hop skip to camillus and i head toward waterloo when near seneca lakes. outlets always call my name!! lol. u will def have to let me know when ur in town. i owuld love to bounce ideas off of ya and i have two poles here.

btw, have u ever been to cny pole fitness when u were up here in the past?

kat…I am usually too drunk off wine to think about poling. No, seriously….I did not even know there was a pole place anywhere near by.

We almost always head up the last weekend of September to restock our wine rack. Last year we ended up drinking at least 8 bottles while we were still in town. Stayed at Sampson State Park and fell in love with it so that will probably be our home base in the future. Plus it is really close to 3 Brothers Winery (fun place if you have never been). I really want to get up there some time soon just because the wine rack is awful bare and while we can always prder and have wine shipped, visits are so much more fun!! Plus it is only 5 hours.

ur too funny!!! visits are awesome. esp if it takes u to a winery or too.

the studio closed in sept. next closet is in rochester.

I grew up south of the Finger Lakes but never went to a winery… :-X
