    Hello!

I'm going to Los Angeles over Thanksgiving to see my sister (she lives in the Miracle Mile part) and I was wondering if anyone knew of any fabulous pole supply stores? I always think of LA as the mecca of pole fitness so I figured they'd fulfill all of my booty short/7" heel dreams!

Also I was wondering if anyone knew of any performances down there at that time? I've been dying to check out the Girl Next Door show down there but I know it's only like 1x/month.

    I'll gladly take any recs!

Hollywood blvd! There are tons of shops on hollywood blvd that have sexy outfits & shoes fit for poling @ reasonable prices. Hollywood blvd is where alot of exotic dancers shop.

Awesome- thank you!! You don't happen to know around what major intersection is the best place to look?

Hollywood & Wilcox Ave start with Playmates of Hollywood. All the little stores near Playmates are decent places 🙂

If you ever make it to Vegas, they have REALLY good exotic wear stores out there! I've found some of my fave shoes and outfits at the vegas stores ðŸ™‚

You should also contact Kelly Maglia, who runs the line Triple Threat Dancewear and Kelly Maglia Couture: http://kellymaglia.com/

She's based in LA and runs her showroom/sample room out of her home in West Hollywood. I shop there all the time! She has samples there to try on, but she also does custom pieces.

She's my go-to gal for performance and competition costumes and is amazing.

Another great place to pick up inexpensive training wear (sports bras, pole shorts, ballet sweaters, warm-ups) is Danny's Warehouse in Culver City: http://www.dannyswarehouse.com/

It's a massive and totally unorganized warehouse so you really have to dig, but nothing there is over $10 and I've picked up the occasional weird one-off costume and other dance outfits that have made it into my performance closet.
