  Lyrical pole

  Hi again everyone, sorry to post two discussions so closely… But I am very interested in the lyrical pole style of dancing. I am wanting to start some classes near me in this style but struggling to find a studio that offers a day and time that suits.

  Is there any online lessons that I could benefit from? Or a DVD of some sort? I currently watch YouTube videos and try to mimick their moves and work it into a routine but I find that they are often so intricate I can’t pick them up!
