M.I.A. – getting back into pole
It has about 3 months now since I have been on the pole. I had such a hectic summer: unexpectedly quit one job, got a job that required me to be away for days at a time, pole studio closed, crappy pole room at home and my house has been under renovation.
I have finally come to a point where I can get back to what I love! Finished my job and I am moving into a new apartment (with improved pole space)! The only problem is I am reluctant to start and see the progress I have lost. Same for stretching; I had my splits down to 2 inches left and now I am terrified to see how much flexy I have lost… Γ°ΕΈΛΕΎ
Has anyone else had to start over? I just need some advice and motivation to kick my ass back into gear.
