    It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, I thought I would make a little update 🙂

My weak side has finally been making some progress in the last few weeks! I can consistently invert into an inverted crucifix, have done a few chopper inverts, and am finally getting Geminis and Scorpios with some consistency. I even got a shoulder V on my weak side! Still no real progress with the caterpillar climb, but I’m finally making some progress on my weak side and taking steps toward fixing my bad case of imbalance 🙂

Also, I finally got my first handspring this week! I was working on the cup grip handspring for a few weeks, and after a few weeks of not being able to attend that class, I came back and was able to do about 7 of them 🙂 I’m really excited, maybe I’ll be able to work on elbow-cup grip switches soon 🙂

I’ve set the Janerio to the side for a few months now, but I’m thinking about working on it again. I’m not sure, though, I might want to work on my half-flag hold first.

How is everyone else doing? What have you done on the pole recently that you’re proud of?

I’m a beginner, I been working on spins and pole sit, climb, to me it seems my spin’s are getting better, I got my basic plank, my climb/crucifix is getting better, I was working on elbow stand’s but it kinda scares me, I’m going to start working on them again, oh I’m making progress in my pole hold I could hold it for a few seconds but that’s still progress from not being able to hold it. I’m working on putting the move’s together.

You made some great accomplishments, good luck to you on your Janeiro hope you get it soon.
