Massive pain in bicep that won’t go away! Help :(
Does anyone else ever experienced this? It started when I particed shoulder mount intensively. My bicep hurts so much that even curling my arms would hurt. I thought it would go away with time, as usual. It did, but just when I started doing shoulder mount again, it hurts badly, again. One time I was pushing it until I cannot lift my arm and I laid on the floor curling holding the pain. It has been over 1 month and the pain occurs everytime I’m doing shoulder mount. Does anyone ever experienced this and will the pain go away? Or did I do something wrong with my hands position? Thanks for the help!
