Measuring progress with photos
Hey guys!
So, I’ve been pole dancing for 8 months, but initially I treated it as an exercise, just to keep myself working out and having fun. 4 months ago something happened: I fell in love. I switched classes and started training with a different teacher, taking it more seriously and trying to train a little bit harder.I’m starting to train flexibility a lot more, and I can tell I’m getting better, but I’m not really sure. I don’t have a habit of taking pictures to see how I’m doing so I came here to ask for suggestions on how to do that.
For example, some moves are really challenging for me, and starting them was hell, but now I’m getting more confident and I can FEEL myself getting better but I never took any pictures so I don’t really know?
And specially for the flexy part: should I take pictures weekly? Daily? How do you guys do that?
