Mental training
A friend of mine sent me this on Facebook. I know that it’s mainly geared toward running, but I thought it was really, really useful for anyone, especially us polers! I find running and pole very similar- there’s a mental aspect, as well as a pain aspect, that needs to be taken into account for every workout.
So, give it a read and see if you feel the same 🙂 I hope it’s beneficial, because I sure found it to be so!
