I think I want to get a pair for working on spinny and for trying out new inverted grips, or really just for those overly sweaty hand days haha. Tell me how you like them when you get them. 🙂

i have a pair (tacky) and wasnt impressed with them at all. BUT that could be that they dont mesh well with brass? because they work amazing on powdercoat. i think it depends on the finish of the pole. i know they work great for alot of people! hope they do for you, i will continue to experiment with mine as it could also be the weather here, changing constantly.

i would not be where i'm at with pole if not for those gloves. my hands are ridiculous sweaty/slimy all the time. Hey! i could be an x-man.

I purchased the ones with tack not too long ago because it has been so hot and humid this summer. I have a chrome X-Pole. For me, I think they work well on spin mode and for trying out some new tricks. They are very tacky as promised, so just be careful because static spins could be too sticky. Some tricks are tough too, as your hands might be behind a leg or something and get stuck. They worked for what I bought them for, and it sounds like they'll be good for what you are trying to accomplish. Have fun!

I love my tack ones. i don't bother with the non tack oned I have. Those ones move too much on my hand in spins…

The Tacky ones are my salvation on hot says. Enjoy!! 🙂

I got the tacky to help w/my SG moves that i am just starting to work on. I didnt like them at all returned them the very next day & immediately brought the non tack ones instead.
The non tack ones i like better, they give just enough grip but not so much to where you are completely relying on them for grip, if that makes sense. Only thing i dont like is that they rub weird (friction) on the wrist with prolonged wear, which i wish they didnt.

I used the tacky ones for a long time. I LOOVED them 🙂 The ones without didnt work for me. Recently I discovered that I had worne the tacky ones out (the tack was almost gone, after a year of using them everytime) Because of that I found out that I am now strong enough to pole witout gloves, wich was my goal. I definetely hadnt gotten this far without them.

I find that on occassion, the hook part of the velcro scratches my skin. usually repeatedly in the same spot if i’m working one move. thats the only thing i dont like about the gloves- i dont know how to remedy that bc if the velcro were moved to the inside of the wrist, i’m sure there are moves that would cause a body part to brush up against that hook too.

I have a pair to the tacky ones and love them to death. I could not grip the pole worth a darn and now with the gloves I have much better grip. Now I am finding that some stuff I am starting to be able to do without them too. I think they are sorta helping to train me….lol
