Mika yoga wear
It's my birthday soon and I was thinking of getting some more pole wear. I like the Mikaela shorts, but as my hips are around 38 inches I wasn't sure if the m/l would cover well or if I should try a different design or just get the Bad kitty fold over pole shorts. I also need another pole top. I have the spiderback top, but as i've got big boobs none of Bad Kittys tops like Iron X etc would fit me 🙁 I did see the Kila top on the Mika site and wondered if any Veeners had got it and if it worked with bigger boobs lol

I'm wearing their new Lila top and the Mikaela short in my profile pic. I'm loving it and it has nice coverage: sexy, not too much, not too little. Actually prefer the Mikaela over the Bad Kitty brazil short. Haven't tried the fold over yet though so can't compare. The Lila seems like it would work better than the Kila with larger boobs. Same style, more coverage and adjustable.

the iron x top might fit you, if you get a large. i just got a medium, and even though i have no boobs – i think it would work if i did. i also have the mikaela shorts from mika. they have another similar style with a little more coverage (forget the name) – maybe try those?

Just a quick note. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the mika wear shorts. I am not sure the name, but they tie on the sides allowing you to adjust the amount of coverage you want. They are great for pole because if you need more thigh for certain holds you can tie them up and then put them back down for modesty ( If you are like me and have large hips and thighs, this is a HUGE bonus). They fit me great and I am not a stick figure. I bought a medium. I am not sure about the tops though 🙁

Thanks everyone for all your help, I'll take another look at their site again, I think I'll def get the Mikaela shorts because I love those side ties and maybe another pair of shorts too . I wonder if they do the Iron X in large yet, Badkitty did say on their FB page that they hoped to do more tops in bigger sizes once they'd tested everything. I hate it when I invert and my boobs spill out!!

@FeeDen … I got the side tie shorts without the tie from Mika and I LOVE them but I wish the waist was a little more snug. I would suggest getting the ones with the tie if you have a smaller waist so you can sinch them in. Ill probabloy order another pair with that tie.

I have the Mikaela shorts, and when they're not scrunched at the side, they just cover my butt. I can tie them up and make them cheeky. I was worried about sizing, as I was right on the border of two sizes according to their chart, but the shorts have a LOT of give and are very flattering so if you're in between sizes/on the border I'd actually recommend sizing down. They are super comfortable.

feeden, you might want to look at the lucia shorts. they also have side ties but a little more coverage. i just went to check for you, and wow they have alot of new stuff! 🙂

Thanks again everyone I'll take another good look on their site. I hope a M/L will be o.k as I take a medium in the Bad Kitty shorts and if the shorts are stretchy these should do. I've just got a thing about side ties, lol
@ Tarah I'll go take a look at the Lucia's. I did see that they had loads of new colours etc. I checked out the Bad Kitty Iron X top but unfortunately they don't yet make it any bigger than medium and I know I'll need large as my spiderback top just fits snug 🙁 Did you get an email back from Poledance mat U.K, re shipping costs or are you going with the Lulu mat, it does seem to have good reviews just a little pricey for the professional sizes.

hi feeden, i did hear back from poledancemat u.k. shipping here would be 95 pounds. so i won't be getting either of those mats. they are just too expensive. as far as the iron x top – it is quite different from the spider back. i have problems with my spider back rising up onto the underside of my breasts. it seems the problem is the straps are too short (for me). the iron x has alot more room for breasts, because there are gathers in the front. the medium might fit you.

I like the Lucia…they have more coverage for under your butt, but not a lot of tummy coverage.

I noticed in bad kitty sizing that when I ordered the spiderback in medium, its a bit too small. I didnt want to deal with shipping back and forth, and its just for me so I kept it. I also have the iron x top in medium and it fits quite well. I think both the bondage and iron x tops run slightly larger in medium than the spider back, I have both and like the medium fit better than the spider back in medium. Also noticed that while I generally like the brazil shorts, I have a round booty and tiny waist, and they gap pretty badly.
I want some Mika, its so cute!

Yeah, I have the bad kitty spider back top. It seems to run really small. I ordered an XS being that my bust is only like 30" or 31" and it still is really tight and rides up in the back. It's wearable but not super comfortable.
Does anyone know if Mika has shorts that are lower-rise than the Mikaelas? The Mikaelas are pretty low-rise as is, but I have a super short torso so I like to reveal as much stomach and hip as possible so I don't look stumpy.
