The amateur level doesn’t have to have a video — just moola! =) I signed up. WOO HOO! It’s the Friday after my 35th birthday, so I figured WHAT THE HECK!!
I can’t wait to see you guys! We definitely need to do a StudioVeena meet up sometime during the event! I laughed about the Lizard Lounge, too, but hey, it’s not a strip club! Does anyone know if they have their pole up all the time, or just use it for special events?

I’m pretty sure Lizard Lounge doesn’t keep their pole up, but I am from a different age of LL, so who knows. LOL

Liz Lounge has a pole (with railing around it) for the gogo dancers but the pole we will be on is a 25 foot xpole (provided by Vertical Fitness) which is going onto the main stage =)

I’m interested in performing, but paying $75 to enter and maybe get picked is not really worth it.. Plus I have to drive 4 hours to get to the competition and find a place to stay after it’s done. If I win I would be awesome, that’s $500! But the 2nd place is only $100, and after spending $75 to enter I would only be winning $25.
Eh.. it’s a tough decision.
Does anyone know how many have signed up for the main Pole Star division? -
If you send in a vid Sarah youre considered in. For the ultimate division there are about 7-8 applicants last time i heard. $75 is pretty steep but it will be alot of exposure and a whole lotta fun! I hope you decided to do it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif
