Momentum?
How do I build momentum after already being in a move? Like the superman… How do I keep spining? I get up there and im just still and feel that there is no "superman" effect… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

The only time I have ever seen a spinning superman (true superman) is when someone was on a spinning pole. There is no other way if you are up high to spin it. Now there is a spin called the superman but it is not the same thing.

If your looking to spin or to slowly turn your superman. Try working on the top hand placement. You can give yourself a little turning motion if you place the top hand so its flexed then as you drop the hips into position use the flexed hand to also turn your body.

to be honest i always spin when doing a superman, i dont mean to it just happens. I suspect its because my top hand doesnt have a good enough grip, it can make doing the move for me much harder than it is! id rather id didnt spin at all https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

There is a spinning superman but it’s done from getting into the superman from the floor. JK also does it by being able to leap higher on the pole but then JK does things that boggle the mind!
