    Hi everyone!

I am fairly new here and also a fairly new poler…Only been at it for about a month or so!

Just a quicky bit about me…I was teaching myself for the first few weeks and now I do two pole classes a week at my local studio but try to learn extra through Veena's videos as I am getting a little bored in my beginner's class!

But basically, I am looking to lose a few kg and want to have a buddy that I can talk to and be motivated by (and also motivate!!) who understands that pretty much the only exercise I want to do is pole and pole strength moves…and not go to the gym!!!!

I understand about eating healthy and all that but often fall off the band wagon but its these damn last 5kg that I want to lose that I keep losing motivation and basically yoyo up and down… Everyone else I try to pair up with with this tries to make me go to the gym and its like a) I don't really have the time to do that and pole b) I JUST WANT TO POLE!!

haha so if you're possibly interested in my craziness… please reply!!

Flexines does group video chat every Tues,Thurs & Sunday! I have progressed quite a bit since joining the Flexines weekly to practice. We all stretch together, then pole together. Search for & like Flexines on Facebook, the times are posted there. Message Flexines for the log in info & password.

Also, many of us Skype with one another too, feel free to approach any of us on SV for a Skype jam, we don’t bite promise!

    Thank you for replying Cali!

Ill have to check to see if I can do the times as I live in Australia… I hope I can!!! Thanks for your help… Hopefully I can get to know some girls on here better so I can ask to Skype with them…

Not quite ready for a jam yet as I am still a beginning and don’t know enough moves to freestyle yet!

And you can definitely jam with the flexines! All level pole levels are welcome. You can join & stretch &/or work on moves you have been working on & everyone helps, encourages & motivates each other. Think about it. 🙂
