    Caterpillar. And caterpillar climb.
Which shuts down a lot of moves I could probably do like Ayesha and Straight Edge.

Runemist, if you haven’t tried the updated lesson for the thigh rest you should. You’ve miss out on a lot of new stuff the past 2 years!

Thank you guys! Keep it coming even if what you struggle with has already been mentioned!!

I would also say shouldermount. When other moves are workable and i see some progress, then with shouldermount none, zero, zip… I’ve read and looked all the tutorials on internet, doing strengthening on and off pole. I can v-invert no problem, but cannot pinpoint what is the issue that holds me back with shouldermount. Definitely not fear in this case

Carousel spin in spinning mode is my nemesis! Lol. I can carousel all day in static, but put it in spinning and forget it! I know it’s mental. Even closing my eyes (which worked to learn my former nemesis Superman) does not work. I don’t know how to fix it. It’s so frustrating because I can do things that are sooooo much more difficult!

There’s something about butterflies that I just can’t get the hang of…literally. Love the move, hate trying to execute one.

OH where do I start? Just shoulder slides feel like I’m ripping off my skin, so shoulder mount stuff is a ways off. Inverted crucifix and Superman, stuff like that where I think I haven’t conditioned my thighs enough to feel like I’ll grip ok without my skin hurting.
