Moves after 1 week!
Hey everyone, for those of you who didn’t read my intro under New Users, I’m new to pole dancing and this site. Yesterday (Wednesday) marked my 1 week since I started pole dancing and I wanted to show off all I’ve learned.
I can do these spins both left and right handed equally: (listed in the order I learned them)

and I’m working on the open V, but I can’t hold my legs up evenly yet.I can also do a basic pole sit and let go for a few seconds without falling or slipping, and I can do a basic kick-up invert and can let go with one arm (almost can let go entirely!)
Transitions are my weakness; no problems doing them individually, but piecing them together is another story…
But I’ll keep up the practicing and work on building more strength before I do anything more daring. No one offers lessons in my area and I can’t afford the online lessons here, so this forum and YouTube is all I have! Oh, and I almost forgot: I also ended up with several bruises on the inside of my left calf, inside of my right knee, outside of my right thigh, ribs on my left side, and my right hip. No achievement is without its sacrifices. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif
