		Multiple flexi training a weekHey guys! I know everyone is always saying how its not good to train for flexibility more than like, 2 or 3 times a week unless you've been training for like years. But I was wondering if it would be okay to do it more than 3 times a week, if each time you stretched a different part? Like on Monday, do hamstrings and quads, then wednesday hip flexors, friday back and shoulders, etc, for example. Any thoughts? Thanks!
