My husband and I are working toward buying a house soon (hopefully before if not by the summer) and I am serious about having a totally awesome pole/dance studio. Started wondering if multiple poles might be a good idea. Like one chrome (set on static) and one titanium gold (set on spinny) just so I can learn how to pole on both types of finish and different motion modes.

Also thinking about getting an xstage too for outdoor practices and partays in the summer hee hee. I can’t wait!

What do most of you seasoned/advanced ladies have? Are multiple poles pretty standard for serious polers https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

    I’m a big fan of multiples https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif

I had 6 poles, recently sold 2. I totally plan to put atleast 2 in my basement and I am shopping around for a new pole right now.

    I have:
    original x-pole 50mm
    x-pert 45mm
    original PS super pole 50mm
    Star Stand Alone

I only have chrome and stainless steel – I don’t like tg or brass personally but that totally personal opinion.

If you have the space to atleast have 2 poles set up – that is ideal.

X-stage is awesome but do consider if you’ll use it a lot – it’s not cheap. I’d start with inside poles and work my way out. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

I too have multiple poles in varying sizes and materials ~ the smallest being 38mm. It’s great having a smaller pole to practice on, especially if you have smaller hands. I have one brass pole that I don’t use very often b/c it really tears up my hands https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif
The poles in my studio are stainless steel from PS. I also have the Star Sand Alone but am seriously considering replacing it with the X Stage https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif
I think it’s a great idea to have a few different poles around~ If you can afford it!

if i had the space and the money, i would totally get a variety of poles.
I have the titanium gold 45mm and it’s great! altho: the gold seems to be fading or rubbing off where i grip it most frequently… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif
I think a benefit of having different sizes is that some tricks are harder depending on what size your pole is.
