    Hi guys,

Wondering if anyone has tips for muscle recovery! I do a lot of stretching and rolling out with a foam roller/tennis ball and take magnesium supplements. I get lots of sleep, eat a lot, drink lots of water. This hasn’t been a problem for me in the past, but as I train harder I find that I feel more bound, like my fascia is extra tight : ( Just wondering if you have any ideas. I refuse to accept that this feeling is part of getting older!

Sounds like over training. How many rest days do yo have a week? Sometimes even taking a full week off will do wonders, even though to many that sounds crazy….but it really does the body good. Something else that worked well for me was a b12 supplement, I don’t eat as much meat as I use to and this has made a big difference in my energy level. I don’t feel hyper, I just like I’m recovering like I use to and I don’t need a nap!

Before you take a supplement talk with a dr if you take other meds. Check out my Training course for more ideas on training and over training. https://www.studioveena.com/methods/letter
