My Biggest Bruises Ever!
This weekend the weather turned warm here in MI and my pole was like crazy glue. Great time to work on inverts! Same here in NY where I live about the weather thing – I’m going to be majorly working on some inverted moves the next few days! I can do the butterfly, my extended butterfly is kinda sketchy… and since you mentioned the caterpillar climb, I may just try that one, too! Thanks for the reminder!

I’ve been pole dancing for several months now and I still get massive bruises all over my legs. I’ve never gotten bruised in this manner before. i got my first bruises tonight && i feel like a real pole dancer now! lol! i know it’s silly but i really do! it’s like "look at MY bruises! i got them from pole dancing!" lol! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif i wish they weren’t on my ankle though because its already a sensitive area so i’ll bet its gonna hurt like a mofo tomorrow when i accidently hit it again. oh well, it’s well worth it!
