  My First POLE! ! opinions on PC

  So excited, my pole arrived today! It’s the first pole I’ve bought for home, started training at a studio a month or two ago on brass and then copped a pretty big injury to the knee so bought this for my house to practise my strength work and upper body stuff untill next term back at the studio! Any one have any opinions on the xpole powder coat and or advice??

  Should mention I didn’t hurt my knee poling, I fell off a horse haha 🙂

  I have the PC xpole, it’s good. My suggestion to you for learning at home is get the lessons here. 😊
