  My brass pole has this weird spot on it.

  I know brass tarnishes and I’m fine with that, it’s just this one spot that’s really weird to me because it doesn’t look like normal tarnish, I just clean my pole with methylated spirits. Is this something to worry about?

  One of my poles had a spot like that, didn’t cause a problem. Just keep an eye on it.
