After 6 years with no pole during which I was almost killed, had a baby, got very out if condition and moved continents I finally have a pole again!
2014 xpole xpert chrome 45mm – last one was 50mm ss fixed.

It spins so fast! It is 9 feet of silver awesomeness! And after cleaning it with 70% rubbing alcohol it’s not that slippy: after an hour I was inverting and climbing away.

And the best news is I got Gemini and CAR back after being freaked by them for ages: carpet helps but I just feel so strong and safe and happy on my new pole.

Treated myself to Veena lessons: next stop learning how to film myself.

Just had to share my total joy 🙂 🙂 🙂

Congrats! I feel excited for you 🙂
I love happy pole stories hehe
I’ve also been curious about an expert 45mm Chrome I have a 50mm ss too (which I love). I’m glad to see your new pole is not too slippery for you – that’s been my biggest hesitation in getting one.

I’m so glad to hear that, too! Remember I was worried about ordering chrome just like you were? I’ve had my 45mm chrome x-pert up for just one week now, and I’m also loving it. I had never touched any pole before so have no way to compare it to other sizes or finishes, but think it will be fine for me. Being a total beginner I didn’t expect to be able to do a lot at first, of course. Enjoy your new pole and your lessons! I’m also glad that your life seems to have settled down now – sometimes things can be very difficult….
