NEW lesson series! FLOWMOTION
I’ve very excited to announce a new addition to the stretching lesson lineup! I call it Flowmotion stretch. Starting this week I’ll begin adding several new stretches, the last to be uploaded will be a Flowmotion stretch routine!
The beautiful thing about Flowmotion is there is no need to warm up before any of the stretches. Flowmotion stretches are meant to increase body awareness, improve daily function, body alignment and relax the mind and body. Flowmotion is all about continuously moving through a stretch, instead of statically holding a stretch. I hope you all enjoy! xoxoxo
