Hello all. I pole at home but I would like to start attending pole classes. I’m at the early intermediate level. Can anyone recommend a good pole studio in nyc. I have seen lots of reviews for different studios but I don’t know which one to pick. Have any of you attending pole classes in nyc and if so which would you recommend?

I don’t live in NYC, I haven’t even been there (yet – I’m going in a couple of weeks)…. but Body and Pole is like pole dancer’s Mecca!! World renowned. And there’s another one that Aerial Amy teaches out of now and seems to have high regard for (and I think she’s an incredible person and instructor so I definitely trust her opinion) – I think it’s called Fly Fitness or Fly NYC.

I’m in NJ… but I’ve also heard great things about Body and Pole. I’m planning to check it out one day.

Thanks for the info guys. I read about both of those studios. I think I’ll give fly fitness a try. It seems not as crowded and that you can get more individual attention. 🙂
