  Karol (or anyone else who knows the name of this move),
  What is the move at 3:17 of Karol’s video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfaR-LZJyfM

  It’s not the "chopstick" cause it’s the opposite arm. What’s the name? It’s driving me nuts that I can’t think of it! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif

  yup, sure is. thanks. my brain can relax now. I can nail this move for all of 2 seconds before my bicep feels like it’s about to be pinched off. at least i can get into it now! more practice necessary.
