Name of this move?
hi! I’m kinda new to the pole world but I’ve seen a lot of moves and tricks, however I’ve never seen this one and i love it cause it looks weird and graceful lol. Does anyone know the name so I can look up a tutorial on it. Thanks!!

I’m old so I don’t know what people are calling moves these days lol. However, in my world its a variation of the Aerial pole split https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4cd406bc-c6c4-42e6-a13d-1d370ac37250….just bend the bottom leg 🙂

I wonder when I do this on spinning, how could I get into this (graceful)? I haven’t my full splits yet. Any suggestions?

Maybe from a Violator/Hello Boys? Or maybe from Bottle rocket? You’d have to try it and see if it works.
