Hi Everyone,
Do any of you know the name of this drop move at 35 seconds I see it done often and like it a lot. Also, if you know of any tutorial vids or tips to learn it please post, Thanks 🙂

Sad girl drop, drama queen drop or hip lock drop. Not got time to search youtube/here as making breakfast for my little boy but hope that helps 🙂

She is the owner of Aradia here in Raleigh. She is the main instructor for the higher level classes. So, yup, Dakota is my instructor! Lucky! Dakotas strength training videos helped me tons when I started pole. Hell, some of those moves I’m JUST now getting. So really, her strength training videos are still helping me tons!
