We're moving into an apartment and I want to put my x-pert pole up. We're on the second floor with nobody above us. I was just wondering if anyone has experience with this and knows if the floor below will be able to hear the pole moving around? or what kind of noise it'll create? I just don't want to upset the neighbors. Thanks 🙂

Hey! I've got a Lil' Minx non-rotating pole, and I lived on the third, second, and first floor (in that order!) and had no complaints at all! Even when I bailed and landed hard on the floor https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I don't think any spinning of the pole should transfer sound, either. It would likely have to grind on the ground to do that, and if your pole is grinding on the ground…I think there would be something wrong!

As long as you control your dismounts, it shouldn't be a problem.

My neighbor next door always asks me if I'm exercising again when she hears a bang noise. It's not even me! LOL. Not even practicing either.

Yup, spinning pole and controlled dismount wouldn't be any problem.  However, the only time there's loud 'thud' sound is when I accidentally fell off the pole (once in a while https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif )!  I guess the downstairs' neighbor must have heard it, but so far they never complained https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

I always wondered about my extreme heel clacking and if the guy downstairs was thinking, “that’s the sound of a whore at work”. LOL

    But yeah, no complaints.
