your welcome, I have been drooling over them since before christmas the first offical sale date for them was the 27th of Dec so I'm guessing no one has them in their hands yet. I will soon though!
I bought the foam roller aletha uses but really don't know what to do with it. I'm getting the compete set from BeSpun let you know what I think after I get them.
Happy b'day to me, happy b'day to me!

Well I had no idea they had new ones out, so thanks! Now I can drool too…

I would love to hear about the stretching one. I wonder how beneficial it is for splits. Also is Leigh Ann in any of these? I saw a lot of one of the 3 from the first on these new covers.

Oooo! These all look interesting!!!! I wonder if you can buy the foam roller and bands on the websight too or if you just have to try and find them in a store????

There are a pack with 3 DVDs, foam roller and band. I'm interesting in these DVDs too https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
but I'll wait for opinions because shipping charges to Europe are usually expensive https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I ordered mine last week complete set I will post what i think of them once I get them here and watch them. I'm hoping anyday……

I received these 3 DVDs about a week ago. They are filled with excellent stretches and exercises specifically designed for pole dancers of all levels. They also give you alternatives to the exercises and stretches depending on your level. One cool thing I liked about the DVDs is that they are split into two sections: A quick run through of the individual exercises/stretches, how to do them, what muscle groups they work, and specifically how they will help improve your pole skills, flexibility and strength. The other section is an actual follow along, so you can do the exercises and stretches with their counts as if you were doing it in a class. I highly recommend this series for any one that is serious about improving their strength, flexibility and pole skills! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gifhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gifhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

grrrr I still haven't recieved mine. How long did it take your order to get to you? I'm worried now because my postman has changed and has been leaving packages out by the gate. I hope they didn't do that with this package and it disappeared.
-
@Nymph – I ordered them the day they were released for purchase (the 28th I think I ordered them). Hopefully the postman didn't take your package!!
I also wanted to add that all of the demos of the stretches/exercises are performed by Amy Guion, manager of BeSpun and 2010 USPDF Amateur competitor. The voice over is also done by Amy, but there are clips of Leigh Ann in all her glory demonstrating examples of moves on and off the pole that the exercises/stretches help to improve. Amy has a BA in natural sciences with emphasis on anatomy, kinesiology, exercise science and nutrition, so she tells you the scientific names of the muscles as well as the muscle names in simple terms. Amy notes where to watch your form and give you tips and suggestions for the amount of reps/length of time spent on stretches and exercises. I felt this series was very thorough and highly educational.

I'm going to have to disagree with the positive opinion on the stretching dvdv (the only one I've looked at so far), while it is better than I was expecting it to be, it does have good stretches, the folow along makes no sence. If you're going to recomend that the stretches be done together in a specific order, do them that way on the video, if you want me to follow along do it the way you want me to, another complaint is that they show clips of what it should help with in between stretches, so now you're sitting there not stretching waching albeit nifty clips, but it would be much better if i had something to watch while i was stretching even if it was just someone sitting there stretching with me, but if it's nifty pole tricks, even better, and last complaint, it seems to run on the idea that you can already do splits, i watched the intire thing didn't see anything showing how to hold above the splits without hurting yourself, either middle or straight, and since that's how i've hurt myself the last few times i think that's a pretty big flaw. to be fair the stretched themselves are good, but nothing mind blowingly origional.
