New From Maryland
Hello, Ive been scanning the forums and site and decided it was time for me to make a "hi im new here" post. umm, basics, im 22, living in Maryland have taken about 6 or 7 pole classes total and am expecting my very own pole to show up in the mail within the week. I went to my first class at the request of a friend of mine to keep her company cause she felt weird trying it herself, and we both absolutely loved it. thats about all i got for now, its wonderful to have found this site though ^_^

nah i was going to go to the comp but i stopped going to the studio about 2 months ago and the friend i used to go with who was thinking about going to the comp with me moved to florida https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif so now im just waiting for the mail so i can pole alone lol

come to the competition! Your gonna have an awesome, I dont know about Sissy but I have a cheering section, your more than welcome to sit with them. But you have to cheer on both Sissy and myself (only fair!)

the main thing im seeing on their site is feb, 20th. but no times and its under preliminarys…is this correct or am i looking at the wrong thing?

Hey Anjilsbaby- welcome to the site! I’m a MD girl too, but am living in Greece now.. I was just there for a whole month & got to meet many of the other MD girls. I’m still pretty new to the site, haven’t even touched a pole yet but I’m fiending to https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif . Hopefully I’ll be able to join in on one of the meet-ups sometime soon. Everyone on here seems so very friendly, supporting and helpful.
