So I got the superman yesterday and was really bummed that I didn't have anything to record with.  So hubby bought me a new Kodak (flip style) video camera.  The only thing it allows me to on the device itself is clip off the beginning of a video and the end of a video.  Is there some special editing softward I should download so I can string many clips together and make comments etc.?  Help!  I'm getting there…… Technology is more difficult to me than that darn extended butterfly!  Thanks

If you get the video on your computer, a good program that a lot of girls on here recommended is Sony's Vegas Movie Studio HD. I purchased it a few months back and it's pretty good. You can clip middle sections out, add fades/ transitions, add music, add text, etc.

No problem. I think I paid about $50 for the program, so it's pretty affordable.

hey lyme, you will have to transfer the videos to your computer.  you probably already have windows movie maker on your computer, or you can install it for free – and it is very easy to use.  sony vegas is a much more sophisticated program.  i might get it eventually but right now i'm happy with wmm for what i'm doing with my videos.  https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_ugeek.gif
