  New Pole Moves

  So I’ve been off the pole for about 2 years now doing aerial silks training and am getting back into pole. Any suggestions where I could go to find some of the newer pole moves that have popped up over the past 2 years other than aimlessly searching youtube.

  I’d look here! Many members have posted when they’re working on new stuff. I also have several clips on my profile of new things both here on SV and our FB page. 🙂
