    Hi there,

has anyone heard of a company called Lupit Pole? Here's a video of how to install it. I don't know if I like it … could not try it, of course, cos everyone has X-Poles around here, so I'm used pto only them, pretty much. But there are no screws to hold the parts together, and one loooong main part. So what do you think? Has anyone had the joy to try it?

I had used a pole at a studio that looked very much like this; are there many pole that don't require a hex key to go from spinning to static, and instead have the "pin drop" to lock into static? I'm interested in buying a brass pole with this feature…but it looks like the lupit poles only come in stainless (gross).

But in their testimonials, milan pole dance is there. If they start making them in brass, I'll definitely try them 😛

I would really like to know how those parts that slid together lock into place.  If they do not lock then they will always rotate.

Here is their website.  I still do not see how the pieces lock together.

My impression–I wouldn't buy it. It's $406 USD, I have no info on the mm, the finish, how the pieces lock together, how to switch from static to spin, how is the top of it held in place, AND it's top loading? I paid less than that for my X, which I knew was a good pole and knew what I was getting.

For whatever reason, it bugs me that you see the same girl in the videos and the ad for the actual product. The video seemed almost homemade and shaky, something else that worries me.

Now, I assume it is a new product (besides reading that in your title), so that could explain the lack of information and more than one “spokesmodel”.

However, the spelling mistakes and the following wording make me uncomfortable about the product:

No reported accidents or fall overs.

they losted me at "stainless steel"   the worst finish ever for a pole, in my opinion

I asked the same question on facebook. One girl said, the poles are 42mm, and she liked the grip on them. Competition poles in Slovenia are always by Lupit, they said.

The main site for this company is NOT in English, so spelling mistakes and grammatical irregularities would be expected.
