I hope you girls succeeded, I have no idea what I’m in for. I need support! heh, it’s a secret thing I’m doing.
I’m most scared about bruising/falling/getting pole burns–if that exists. hahWhat’s your experience been so far?

Welcome to the site!!! I’m the new male beginner. I’m not trying to seduce anyones husband LOL But good look with you seducing yours!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif You are in for the journery of your life!! Aside from seduction and excitment, pole fitness also has excellent health benefits!! The results are extremely fast. I notice results everyday. I’ve only been poling for about a week. When I first started Monday I could barely pull myself up off the floor with 2 hands. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif Now after 5 days I can hang upside by my feet!!! Look ma, no hands!!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif hehe I’m also alot more toned and my posture is much straighter. I’m becoming way more flexible. Close to box splits!! Each day in progression I’ve noticed my strength and endurance increasing, and you know what having more stamina means! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif All these health benefits transfer to other areas of my life. My appetite has significantly decreased and so have the number of hours that I feel I need sleep. I have more energy during the day and night and I feel less tired and sluggish than I did a week ago.
So far I haven’t gotten any bruising or pole burns. My pole did fall last night while I was spinning on it but I landed on my feet with the pole in my hands!! It helps to be part cat! hehe https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif

Yes aren’t those guys incredible!! I hope I can get that good!!! We have some great polers on here that I can get tips from so I have high hopes! LOL We have Friday night chats in the chat room. I hope you can make it in this evening and meet the regulars! The gals are really nice!

Welcome to the site!! This place is BRILLIANT for help and tips and all things pole related!! You should come to chat today if you can! We all meet up and chat and get to know each other. Hope you enjoy pole dancing/fitness as much as the rest of us here. Unfortunately you will more than likely have to go through pole bruises, grazes, burns, etc. its all part of it. But the more you do it the easier it gets and there are lots of products around to reduce the effects of these.
