New to pole ~ Need advice to organize workouts
I just purchased the 60 days plan on SV. I have a SV pole. I am just not sure how to organize my pole time. I browsed through the 30 day start up plan but I don't think that is going to be the best option for me because I can only pole a couple times a week, not everyday. I have a fairly balanced workout routine now and have workout time 2x/day Monday-Friday (except for Wed PM and Fri AM) and can usually make time on the weekends for a bit.
Since I already have a regular complete strength train routine, could I just focus on pole work on the same days I strength train and do cardio and yoga on my rest days?
How many moves should I try per workout? What is the best order to attempt them? How often should I add in new moves?
Basically I can do Cardio, Yoga, Pole, and Strength each twice per week and possible to fit in some extra on the weekends. Thank you so much for any help!!! 🙂
