New to this
I’ve had my pole for 4 weeks now and have started on the intermediate lessons. I’m still gaining my upper strength, tho it has improved massively over the past 4weeks. I can’t pull my legs up over me (so im in an inverted pose). It’s really frustrating 😉 wandering if maybe any one has any tips to help. I suppose I need to focus on my core strength? I love how Veena swings around on her pole so perfectly! 🙂
