    Hey guys –

I just got off the phone with Xpole (again.) They told me that they will be getting stainless steel poles in next month, along with the broass one! So there ya go, x pole will have all 4 options! YAY!

That would be cool! I love stainless steel, my favs are the lil' mynx poles, I grip so well on them. However, I was talking to one of my pole instructors and she said that they used the stainless x poles at the last USPDF competition and she said they sucked! She said they weren't polished stainles steel like the lil mynx but some kind of stainless steel similiar to the kind you find in subways or something (like really dull and hard to work with). She said she was slipping a lot and the spin on it was really awful.  She actually competed in it so.. I guess he experienced it first hand..

Iw ill have to ask them about that. That does seem weird. I have seen some people talking about the difference between LM and PS stainless poles. The consensus seems to be that PS is more matte and less slippery. I wonder if it i similar to the PS version. I have a LM, and that thing is slick!

I have 3 PS poles and they are all really slick!  Just tried a chrom Xpole for the first time and loved it! It wasn't nearly as slippery as the ss ones.  Everybody's chemistry is a little different though.

I still cant get over the fact tht I go from flying off my SS, practicing in a TG for months, then going back to SS and feeling much bettter about it. I think maybe my moisturing my hands everyday has helped, and maybe the TG calousing my hands too.
