    I’ve been poling off an on for about 4 years. I need to rebuild strength, especially core. What lesson series should I do first or in combination? The 30 day take off was too easy and I got bored. I just don’t know how to keep it exciting while I’m basically starting over with my strength and agility.

    For myself when I re-start I just go through the main lessons from the beginning and do each move until I come up to the point where it’s challenging. When I started at StudioVeena there was no 30 day take off as yet but I was able to use the regular lessons to condition and build strength to progress for more advance moves. I also like to download new music to get me excited about getting up and moving forward. I’m really into pole flow too so I’ll check out choreography of my favourite pole dancers like Rhiannan Nichole and learn the moves I’m strong enough to do. This way I’m at least brushing up on my style while I work on my strength.

    You can use the routines! Remember in each section everything is in order so do strength building with routines and pick moves to work on as a way to structure a session. You can also try any of the other programs, they are more challenging than the take off.

    I suppose my OCD took over and I thought I had to stay with one lesson all the way through and then move on to the next lesson haha! There are so many amazing videos and lessons here I can’t wait to really dig in. Veena, I saw in an older discussion that you had a 30 Day Abs but I couldn’t find it. Is it still posted and where can I find it?
