So I just signed up for this and I really really really want to get a pole. I've been taking this pole class for almost a month and I love it so I asked around and stuff, I have finally decided to get an X pole 45mm chrome. I looked at X pole's website and this website. The pole is 329 dollars except that the shipping is free here which is awesome. But I'm iffy about it because I feel like if I get a X pole on the official X pole website, it will be like official and more real? you know, like nothing to worry about. I don't know, I think I'm just thinking too much. So for those of yall that have bough a X pole on this website, how's the quality? It is the same as the one I would get on the X pole website? I know is kinda dumb but I have to ask lol. I'm getting one asap sooo yup. Thanks guyss!!

Just as if you were to by an Apple Computer from an Apple store, or some other distributer, you are still getting an Apple Computer.  What is sold here is actual X-poles, this site wouldn't jepordize their reputation on selling fakes. And I do believe all the warrenties for X-pole are the same, regardless of where you purchase them from.  So, I would say, yes, you are safe buying an Xpole from here.  I am actually thinking of buying one myself.  🙂

Someone correct me if I am wrong…..

Oh my gosh, thank you so much for replying lol. I am dying to buy a pole, actually thinking about buying one today. But do you know anything about the warranty and return policy or like that on the poles on this site? Just incase if something happens and if it doesn't work properly which I doubt will happen but just maybe.

I would just wait a while longer and within a few hours you should get some more responses to your question.  You may also want to reword the title to, "Buying a Pole from this site".  You will get more people to read your post who have purchased poles from here.  Maybe even start a new post……

Our poles come directly from xpole. If you have issues with your pole you would simply contact xpole and they will help you out. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Veena, the 40's as in pole size, or as in the age group?  🙂

My X-Pole, ordered through this site, came straight from X-Pole in California. I did have a problem with one piece of mine (a sharp edge on one piece) and I emailed X-Pole and the representative was nice and sent a replacement for that one piece very quickly.

X-Pole is a good company that stands by their product and they want their customers to be happy. If you have any problems with your X-Pole, let them know and they'd likely bend over backwards trying to help you. Call them if you need anything, even if it is just explaining how to tighten it properly. I wouldn't worry about X-Pole not treating you right.

I bought a 45mm pole from Xpole directly.   The staff is extraordinary, very helpful and I had it the next day.  I love working the pole its a real blast. Can't wait till I'm strong enough to do some tricks.  Working on my abs and upper body strength and losing weight fast fast as I get stronger.  I just learned how to do the pole sit and was surprised that I could do it.  My form leaves a lot to be desired but i keep working at it.
