Newbie Update!
OK so I can finally climb with and without boots. I don’t use my boots that much at all. I was for a big simply because I had a bruise on the top of my foot. Plus when my shin splints act up it hurts to much to do it on my own. I can do a pole sit now and keep staying up longer to get my thigh muscles and skin use to it. I tried a falling angel knee hold. I take to long to lean back so I am finding myself falling. It’s been pretty funny I got my self on video falling on my butt. I wish I hadn’t deleted it. I can’t do a wrist sit yet as I don’t think I am quite strong enough for that. I am still working on a basic invert, but need more arm strength I think. Anywhoo just wanted to update and I am having a blast learning! Thanks to all of you for your support and comments on my videos!
